How often should I do Pilates?
2-3 times a week for noticeable, optimum results.

What kind of equipment do you use?
Pilates equipment available; reformer, tower mat, mat, wunda chair, and ladder barrel.
 
What should I wear?
Socks
Comfortable workout clothing with no zippers as it damages the equipment upholstery


Do you take credit cards?
We take all major credit cards, checks and cash payments.

All sessions are by appointment only
