FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

FAQs

How often should I do Pilates?

2-3 times a week for noticeable, optimum results. "In 10 sessions you will feel the difference. In 20 sessions you will see the difference. And in 30 sessions you will have a whole new body.” — Joesph Pilates

What kind of equipment do you use?

The larger apparatuses include a Reformer, Tower Mat, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Ped-o-Pull; additionally, we have lots of smaller exercise equipment & pieces available. Gratz and Pilates Design are the main brands featured at our studio.

What should I wear?

Comfortable workout clothing. There must be no zippers, belts, metal fasteners, jewelry, etc. as it will rip/damage the equipment upholstery.

Also, socks must be worn – both for sanitary purposes and because it is a NY state law.

Can I stop by the studio to see it in person?

Pilates Perfect Studio is very busy, especially during the morning-to-afternoon hours. It is only a private one-to-one Pilates experience, excepting special couple requests. Therefore, from early morning to late afternoon, the Studio is engaged completely with clients already scheduled.

We do not have a receptionist nor accommodations for open access to non-clients. Our utmost focus (and promise) is the bespoke, personal, uninterrupted concentration on our clients and their needs.

NOTE: if you really need to see Pilates Perfect Studio before booking an appointment, you can email the studio at pilatesperfectstudio@gmail.com and request a video-linked virtual tour of our lovely space. You can visit us at Facebook or Instagram, too, where there are comprehensive views of both the space and its apparatuses.

Do you take credit cards?

We take all major credit cards, checks and cash payments.
