Policies
All sessions are 50 minutes unless otherwise noted.
A valid credit card must be presented or on file to book any appointments.
All new clients must fill out a consent form prior to start of sessions.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours prior to session.
Late cancellations, no-shows will automatically be deducted from your package or billed to the credit card on file, if full 24 hour notice of cancellation is not given.
Frequent cancellations, no-shows, etc. may result in loss of standing appointment status.
No sessions will be extended for late clients for any reason.
All packages must be used within 180 days; after this, all contents expire.
There are no refunds once purchases have become activated.
Socks are required in studio for all sessions; this is a NY State health code.
Cancelation
Policy
All appointments are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
There is a strict 24 hour late cancellation policy. There is no exception to what is considered 24 hours. A canceled session is any session where you do not or cannot show up on the agreed upon time, no matter the reason or emergency. No exceptions. Whether it is called canceling, rescheduling, switching, or any other wording, the 24-hour policy still applies.
